Poloxamer 181 is a nonionic triblock copolymer composed of poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-PPO-PEO). It i acts as a surfactant, solubilizer, and stabilizer in pharmaceuticals and industrial applications.
